Kitchen Garden

Here at Kinlochlaich Garden Centre we have an extensive Kitchen garden within the Walled Garden - you will be amazed by the range of produce we have growing! Come in and have a look - get inspired and have a go yourselves! We are happy to answer any questions you may have.

We have Fan trained Fruit - Apple, Plum, Peach against the Wall; Grapes, Figs, Nectarines and peaches in an unheated poly tunnel; another tunnel with a huge range of vegetables growing - either to extend the ‘season’ or for varieties that don’t grow so well outside in our climate such as Asparagus, French Beans, Courgettes, and Sweetcorn.

The Vegetable Patch outside is also extensive, with Tatties, Beans, Peas and Beetroot and much more. You can see our various trials of mulching in practice - seaweed and sheep’s wool!

We also sell a huge range of fruit bushes and trees, and in the Spring we have young vegetable seedlings ready for you to plant out yourself - or a good range of seeds.
